Rescheduled & Cancellations Caused By COVID-19
We do our very best to avoid any event cancellations. However, when States and/or Cities limit indoor capacity or shut down, it's nothing we can really do about it. Below are the details of what happens when we have to reschedule or cancel an event in any city.
-If we are forced to cancel any event related to COVID-19 we will first attempt to reschedule the event within 60 days of the original scheduled date. All ticket holders will be notified via Eventbrite Email.
-If for any reason we feel like we may need to reschedule a event a SECOND TIME we will issue a FULL REFUND to all ticket holders.
- All refunds will be issued over a 7-10 business day period from the date given. For example, If Trap Wing Festival Miami is canceled on June 20th, 2020, we will email all ticketed holders letting them know that all tickets will be refunded by July 4st, 2020
-All refunds will be issued at the point of purchase. If you purchased directly from www.TrapWingFestival.com, you refund will be issued via Paypal. If you purchased directly from Eventbrite. Your refund will come directly from Eventbrite.
-Once your ticket is refunded, you will received a email letting you know.
