Rescheduled & Cancellations
All sales are final, however if we are forced to reschedule the event due to Covid, We will reschedule the event within 60 days of the original event date. If the event can not be rescheduled and is canceled outright, ALL TICKETS WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 21 DAYS.

We do our very best to avoid any event cancellations. However, when States and/or Cities limit indoor capacity or shut down, it's nothing we can really do about it. Below are the details of what happens when we have to reschedule or cancel an event in your city. We understand the new date may not work for everyone and in most cases will offer the opportunity for refunds.
-If we are forced to cancel any event related to COVID-19 we will first attempt to reschedule the event within 60 days of the original scheduled date. All ticket holders will be notified via Eventbrite Email.
-If for any reason we feel like we may need to reschedule a event a SECOND TIME or cancel the event we will issue a FULL REFUND to all ticket holders.
- All refunds will be issued over a 7-21 day period from the date given. For example, If Trap Wing Festival Miami is canceled on June 20th, 2020, we will email all ticketed holders letting them know that all tickets will be refunded by July 14th, 2020
-All refunds will be issued at the point of purchase. If you purchased directly from www.TrapWingFestival.com, your refund will be issued via Paypal. If you purchased directly from Eventbrite. Your refund will come directly from Eventbrite.
-Once your ticket is refunded, you will received a email letting you know.
-If for any reason, you do not receive your refund within the time period given please email TrapWingFestival@gmail.com and we will check on that for you.
